Senior Staff of Evergreen Life Care are undertaking a leadership training program designed to enhance our customers’ experience. Run by Motivational Leadership Alliance, the team are participating in a series of interactive training experiences covering emotional intelligence and psychology to assist our staff deliver the best customer service possible.

The research based approach adopted by Motivational Leadership Alliance can enhance organisational citizenship among our staff and this will support us in our commitment to service excellence for our residents.
